We try to make pool service as easy as possible for you and want to be as transparent as we can with what we provide for our customers.
The initial visit and evaluation is free. Occasionally, we need to spend time troubleshooting to determine what your options are. If this is the case, we need your approval in advance. Typically, a troubleshooting cost is a $150 which would apply towards any replacement options you select.
Simple fix is a typically a $150. If the pump is repairable, the typical range is between $200 - $600. If we are looking at a refurbishment, those ball park for about $1,600. A pump replacement can range between $1,800 for a solid third-part pump to $2,700 for top of the line full warranty high-quality pump from a large company.
Yes, depending on what it is. We may need to provide pricing options. We are happy to have a quick look if that's all it needs.
The duration of a pool service visit can vary depending on the specific services required. On average, a standard maintenance visit takes about 20 to 40 minutes. More extensive repairs or cleanings may take longer.
90% yes, please. Send us pictures of all of the plumbing and the pump. Please send us pictures of the labels of the pump including the hose power (HP), service factor (SF), total horse power (THP), and voltage. Please send us information on how you are currently controlling the pump and pictures of the controls. Most of the time this is sufficient. We can be totally prepare to replace the pump but we still will want to check to make sure there are no other issues that need to be addressed.
Most of the time, yes. Please let us know what you have going on so we can do our best. Sometimes there is additional costs associated with expedited shipping of pumps and overtime labor costs.
